MCBC MONTHLY LOTTERY - Change to application procedure:
Rather than raise annual subscriptions and match fees significantly, the best way to raise funds is by our own monthly lottery which has been running for many years. Please support the club by enrolling now or increasing your shares, membership is not restricted to club members, so you can recruit your family and friends.
Shares cost just £1 each per month - we feel that each member should be able to take up at least three shares and hopefully five or six. Contributions are made by standing order, on the 14th day of the month, although cash or cheques paid in advance are acceptable. There are monthly prizes of 50% of the incoming money. Also, your money goes to a worthy cause, from which you also benefit directly. The money is used to fund capital projects and cover any major repairs at the club.
We have recently learnt that the Banks will no longer accept the paper application forms to join the Lottery. Using internet banking you can enrol NOW using the following details.

If you do not wish to pay by standing order, please contact Chris Cousins (01473 517507 or 07785 952345) and she will be happy to make the arrangements for you to contribute regularly via cheque or cash paid in advance of the draw.
Each draw is staged towards the end of the month and the winners are paid by cheque during the following week. The proceeds from the Lottery are kept apart from the club’s normal finances and it is administered by the club treasurer under the control of the club committee.
